Mr. Shiver is also Director of China Security & Surveillance Technology, Incorporated (NYSE: CSR)
This company was taken private last year... delisted from NYSE.. and Shiver nowhere to be found.. a Toushen is Director.... misleading info. on the website... wonder if he even tied to the company anymore???
