Cartus and Procter & Gamble Win APAC Customer Relationship of the Year Award From the Human Resources Outsourcing Association for the Second Consecutive Year

DANBURY, CT--(Marketwired - May 31, 2013) -    Cartus Corporation , a leading provider of global relocation services, together with Procter & Gamble were awarded the APAC Customer Relationship of the Year award for the second year in a row at the ninth annual Human Resources Outsourcing Association (HROA) Awards at the Pan Pacific Hotel in Singapore on May 23.

Themed "Be Transformed -- Recognizing Marked Achievements in the Advancement of HRO," the HROA Awards are a worldwide aspiration for those in the HRO industry, and they recognize and promote the HROA vision of improving the quality, effectiveness, and efficiency of outsourcing as part of an overall HR service delivery.

The APAC Customer Relationship of the Year is a highly acclaimed award that celebrates the winning relationship between a third-party supplier and a corporation that demonstrated significant results and contributions in 2012 to the achievement of company goals.

"I am delighted that the innovations and results achieved in close partnership with P&G are widely acknowledged once again by the community of HRO practitioners and providers," said Rob Line, Cartus' APAC Client Services Vice President for P&G. "This second APAC Customer Relationship of the Year award affirms our position as a trusted leader in managing global mobility programs and providing continual improvement in services to meet our clients' global mobility objectives."

P&G Asia HR Services & Solutions (HRSS) and Cartus were particularly recognized for "... long transcending the basic delivery of transactional relocation activities, which comprises the traditional relocation service. The partnership has transformed into holistic, professional project management of complex group moves, creative design of relocation activities and business building by introducing innovative cost savings, whilst not diminishing the employee experience."

Commenting on the award win, Rocky Esguerra, HRSS Leader for P&G Asia, said, "This award is a testament to P&G Asia HRSS and Cartus P&G account teams' strong partnership and relentless desire to add value to the business, as well as to delight our HR customers and employees."
