Re: Nostradamus2012 #4229

I posted the info from the Nev sec of state -500 million shares authorized-whats more important is their ability to execute the business plan-some are forgetting the huge stock of inventory worth up to 100 million at sale prices-see my previous posts for calculations on that-and my sticky-

which gives them an instant source of revenue -so they wouldnt need to issue shares unless it was for even faster expansion/equipment purchase or other acquisitions-this last is why a lot of companies have large A/S

cwrn already has all the equipment and workers in place they need for now-its not just a startup anymore-grajekk will have to send the new guys his excellent equip ideas

they have the capability to ship a panamax every 2 months now if not stymied by the lack of receipts cwrn's complaint alleges their jv partner withheld-and govt games re port ore and permits

I researched things to see if I could get a clue to the new controlling interest but no luck on that front-but some have mentioned it may be a nearby concession-as evidenced by the local usage of the term Kiliwa- a local indigenous group-which reminded me of the large private co on which we used to post a lot called Navial  Navrial(spelling?)-which also has the ring of a local group-and completely surrounds baja 4 and borders baja 14 on ca 2 sides and has a huge amount of concessions in the area-remember the map we posted on their concessions a long time ago

we will of course learn all that in the prospectus which accompanies the financials and sec reg statement-u remember Navial had plans for that huge Colonet port as did the Mex govt-
