I just spoke with the administrator for our BK fil

I just spoke with the administrator for our BK filing. She directly told me that although we have been served that the petitioners have not notified the court and she has no record of us being served. They have to mail the court service or file it electronically. That has not been done as of 5 minutes ago. The case can't move forward until the court receives notice of service.

Looks like more games being played by the petitioners.
