I'm going to apologize for stating that TECO lied

I'm going to apologize for stating that TECO lied to me about the 10K.  I don't know for a fact that they are the problem here.  I would like to see the 10K today, but it isn't completely all their fault that the document isn't done.

My bad.

I've had other companies tell me that the auditor was the problem, and found out later that in fact the auditors were not the problem.  That is not necessarily the case here.

Things are moving forward, the gap between the projections and production is getting smaller, I'm hoping that the lines on the projection / production graph will soon cross over to the positive side, where production exceeds projection.  When that happens we will be some happy campers here.  Could be in the not too distant future.
