I'm not playing LMAO, I am LMAO, especially on the petition filed for BK....
First of all, when you file such a petition you're looking to recover monies. Most filings of such nature would be done to contain assets of the company so you could later sell them off to make that recovery. This would be done on a company that has assets that have been depreciated out and no longer on the books. TECO is not such a company, never was. If you had a Real Claim, what could you possible hope to recover here....

Nothing....
Litigation cost of the complete procedure runs into seven figures, possibly 8 figures.....
Double nothing....
Now lets say you wanted to attack the fraud aspect of the litigation, such as you claim, this is a Ponzi scheme. BTW Charles Ponzi was second to Charles Dickens the novelist. as he outlined it in Martin Chuzzlewit and in Little Dorrit back in 1844 and 1857 respectively. Make it clear anyway Ponzi was just a coupon guy for postage stamps.LMAO
For such an attack to be legitimate, you'd have to have a stash of cash somewhere. Let's say a bank account with 10's of millions. If you know of one of those, please share it as TECO management would love to put that money to use drilling.
Since we know the filing was made for 300 bucks and pro se, the whole story is a fraud by the petitioners, and a ploy that is causing damages to TECO and it's shareholders.
