My Readers Digest Legal Degree doesn't equip me well enough to understand what-all is going on with the BK, and the subsequent counter-filings. But I am very sure that finding and producing the "discovery" that is needed for 1. "the defense", and 2. "any countersuits", have required many, many hours of intense work on the part of our admininstrators.
That said, my feeling is that this entire process is much more important at this time than making filings. If by spending time to produce those filings, it would impede our legal processes, I'm fully comfortable being kept in the dark for a bit, because I have gained faith from Bull in phone conversations, and by reading all of the postings on here through the months. We can more easily find the labor and expertise to do the field work, as has been proven by Mitchell 3, but it is nearly impossible to turn over the office duties to hired hands at this time and expect the best outcome.
I have all of my available money at this time invested with TECO, and over ten years of waitiing. Certainly I'd love to see a "soon" payback, but I am patient and would rather take time to see a large, ongoing payback. Plus, I have a 21 year old grandson who started investing his money a couple of years ago in TECO, and all of you grandparents know what that means!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
