& I replied:
I totally agree, this is the best Pr IMO from GTGP, I always liked this one from the day it was released. So much information in there, and it is clear to me that GTGP'ers will benefit from what this private arm of GTGP is planning to do! I mean when a public entity forms a private entity the reporting requirements fall under that of the private company, hence why we don't see 8K's, although it is perfectly legal to do so. Whatever kind of revenue J3 generates it automatically flows into the consolidated financials of GTGP. OK I can make a few jokes about my last sentence LOL but that's the way it works. & the following sentence makes me convinced that revenue is already booked: "The team participated in meetings at Oak Ridge National Laboratory for mercury treatment and performed bench-scale mercury testing that lead to a full-scale implementation of the MBS technology for mercury treatment of flue gas at a cement plant." To quote a wise person "It does not get any clearer."
Whether he got fully paid for full-scale implementation I can't answer that one, but I can't imagine him & his team doing all that work for free either. It may very well be that he got paid partially, as this flue gas cement plant is part of a group of cement plants, and they're evaluating the full scale implementation for 6 months or a year before installing the MBS tech to all other plants of that group, and here comes the million dollar answer; he'll get fully paid as that contract is executed or certain milestones reached!
I mean getting a lease for a 8800 ft² working space, retrofitting offices & labs, man hours & payroll, equipment, moving to Montana etc it all costs money, it has to come from somewhere & dilution is out of the question
, but one thing is for certain no one sets up a new shop like that if he wasn't ensured of good times ahead. Perhaps it was both, he paid for all of this partially out of his own pocket, and/or he used the money he got for installing that full scale implementation. No matter what option is viable, he paid for it, he uses it and something good will come out of it! Like:
- high test bay for advanced pilot projects and a fabrication shop
- space for the incubator companies that will be joining us (new talent coming into the workplace yearly)
- handling all the needed bench scale and prototype treatability demonstrations
- field implementations, project management & site supervision
- presentations, marketing, Joint Ventures & contracts
- The depth of their talents and skill sets is well known for their work with the
DOE, the
EPA, and the
Military as well as
many large corporations within the
industry.
- J3 will be handling all future testing for various technology uses not only for MBS but for other technologies...
which will give GTGP the ability to assess and potentially license or form joint ventures with other interested parties.
