Dloggold,  do you know what a "civil standbye" is?  If I travel to New Orleans and meet with management; as professional as I would like to remain I know their excuses would infuriate me and a state trooper would eventually be called.  Any CEO, CFO or VP running a public company that allows what went on last year to go on should be fired and replaced.  Above and beyond what went on in 2012; we are now into June, ,2013 and what do the shareholders know?  What little we do know we only know thanks to another shareholder.  Besides words don't do it anymore. Headquarters needs to show me  because I wouldn't believe a damn thing they said.  How did we make out with the CC and all those words?  We all make mistakes and some mistakes can be overlooked.  Mistakes that effect thousands of investing individuals that could have been easily avoided with "SIMPLE SUPERVISION" and getting off one's arse to check on things is unexusable.  All shareholders should read all those late 2011 and 2012 PRs to remind themselves just where we've been.  Then compare them to the 2012 qty 3 10Q's since we don't have the 10K yet or the 1st 10Q of 2013. On the other hand I continue to buy shares and I have faith that they've learned lessons.  On the other foot that still needs to be proven by their actions and proof through reports and filings.  They still walk a fine line with me and the only reason I continue to buy is due to the confidence supplied by Bulls work and DD out of W. Texas.
