PTSH Management would like to inform its followers and shareholders that of its most recent marketing developments. The company is continuing marketing efforts with its exclusive marketing organization, The Clearfocus Group of Delray Beach, Florida.

The company'sprincipal Mr. Shel Glickman states, `Our organization is comprised of sales representatives who visit all of the major pharmacies, large retail chains, super markets and major distributors in the United States. Over the last 90 days, we have introduced the CinG-X product to our representatives and we have received very positive feedback from our clients. There is a trend in the retail business for the major stores to create specific health display sections and the CinG-X product addresses the prevalent issue of high blood sugar and memory loss. We are in discussions with a few groups and expect some sales developments very shortly.

PTSH will also be introducing additional Collagenna Products to the sales force in order to expand the number of products that will be available to US retailers.
