This is the sixth year that TTI Asia has presented the Supplier Excellence Awards, the highest recognition of a supplier's performance with TTI Asia, and the third year in a row that Vishay Asia has been a winner. The supplier award program is centered on quality measurements that include on-time delivery, receiving quality, customer quality, administrative quality, and business system support. Supplier Excellence Award winners are determined by performance points for these criteria while the Diamond Award is given for the highest overall score.

The TTI awards were presented to Vishay Asia at an April 22 ceremony in its Singapore office. Gene Conahan, President of TTI Asia, presented the Diamond Award to Christopher Tan, Administrative President, Vishay Asia. Gene Conahan presented the Supplier Excellence Award, Silver, to Johnson Koo, Senior Vice President, Sales, Vishay Asia.
