FYI - Poster "gitreal" secured a copy of a permit (POO) re: "that other company" which showed that an executive transferred the leases and permits into his name own name and the "testing" being done was on surface dirt that could only fill 5 gallon buckets, two for each test site, only hand dug holes and no machinery of any kind could be used to gather the samples. After mods swore that this info was no big deal, and prompting from some posters, they put it in the info box.

Now, after finding out that the Change of Ownership document, showing the transfers, would also be posted to the board soon, they took the POO down from the info box.

The head mod at that other company's board is also the new head mod on IPOOP's SIRG board.
