As we progress thru the trial and the data keeps mirroring the pre clinical data, does that allow one to believe we will see the same results at higher dosages as were seen in the pre clinical data or is there no correlation for one to raise their level of confidence in reaching a large MTD based on early cohort results?

Have you raised your degree of confidence in reaching a sufficient MTD now as opposed to Jan or are you still as conservative in your thinking believing that we can't use any prior results to predict what will happen in cohorts 4-7?
