Re: BULL2222 #13919

It's good to know TECO has other W. Texas cost effective projects on the horizon.  Seems to me that TECO didn't have the right people on the Madeley and wasted some funds on it and/or didn't have enough funds to follow through with completion or proper analysis.  I hope the rest of the company is working just as hard as you and TNC on a few other projects including Belize.  It's time to move forward so the nickel and diming can stop and shareholder value can be realized once and for all.  The "money on hand" should be plenty at this point in TECO's business plan and if it's not sufficient then that needs to change and Reid needs to change it now.  I don't want dilution but Lee S. mentioned during the CC "that TECO is always looking for investors".  They have a form on the IR section of their website for those with a million dollar net worth wanting to invest cash.  I assume the Angels and Whales aren't knocking on TECO's door due to credibility issues and poor performance.  As exciting as the Mitchell is to see;  the average shareholder or potential shareholder doesn't know enough about current company operations to have the incentive to invest heavily and it appears other wealthy investors don't have the incentive either.  I would like to think I am wrong about the lack of potential funding and there are some big deals in the works outside of W. Texas operations.  I also don't expect answers until the company provides them in their 2500 page PR with 2012 10K and 2013 1st 10Q inserts.  I would love to know what their current strategy is company wide.
