They could have sold off a few pieces of unnecessary equipment for cash flow? Leveraged it at ANY bank? Most debts with original creditors should be gone after multiple shipments so at least a few of the pieces should be owned outright. The first PRs indicated as much? not even a peep to other long investors in an attemot to raise necesarry funding...and I wouldnt buy that Bob would say nothing to us because of an SEC advisor telling him to do so...his financial life is on the line, and hes proven hed do what it takes in the past. No deal with the devil to dilute more shares, even though its been done before to save the company when it had less reason to be saved? If GEO truly witheld that much funding then it is criminal theft, not just lawsuit worthy IMO. Past PRs did indicate a POR in the past, resulting in us merging into a new company.....this is exactly what is happening.
