Perhaps the financials are so irreconcilable or non existant from GEO that the best way Forward is to start fresh with a clean entity altogether. We can spin off our ownership and equipmentinto a brand new entity, capitalized by the ship revenues, listing our equipment and inventory as assets, free and clear of the rest of it.
Doing it this way guarantees that penny players cant take advantage of a runup in valuation if we do go private. It would certainly guarantee only faithful longs are around. But then wed be reliant on company dividends for payment.....I smell going private just to do an IPO slightly down the road?
