Re: 72Chevnj #115

Hello 72Chevnj,

Absoluetly, my pleasure, wish I could release more info right now! And yes, when you discuss "Revenue pulled in" this brings up a powerful corporate action taking place behind the scenes. In a nut shell... we want our shares back !

And since we were unable to convince even one of our 100+ shareholders to sell the company back more OODH shares at a price below the lowest non-affiliate shareholders Ask Offer, this temporarily stopped our buyback on our OODH shares (to become cancelled treasury shares). Therefore, with no or nominal market action, we chose to pull our bid support and use locked up cash reserves to purchase more equipment for AuVek Mining Division.   http://investorshangout.com/post/768868/ORION...rcial-Gold - I feel Greg is going to do VERY well for our shareholders; and he (and his division) are a worthwhile investment. IMO.

Backing our shares with physical Gold Bullion is looking rather important for the company in the short-term vs. putting up bid support and no one selling us back any shares! With regard to the revenue generation from the new division, that revenue could (not saying it will) be utilized as Bid support later down the road or until the public markets get our stock price more in-line with actual company operations and revenue streams. With that said, in order to get our VC shareholders to let go of a few shares.... it is overtly apparent that when we bring in bid support again (for the third time)... we will need to set that figure substancially higher than we did before - with no weak hands on the OODH bus... we are litteraly going to have to pry their shares away with a higher offer on each of their precious holdings.
(and then an even higher offer as we reclaim those VC levels).

We were laughing and joking the other day when this issue arose, that our "Bid" Price might very well soon be higher than the "Ask" Price.... well...that is for about ten minutes until savvy daytraders figure out they can buy at the Ask and two seconds later sell at the higher bid price for a spread-profit (as MM's do each day). That would be interesting!

One other noteworthy discussion for shareholders is: If Greg pulls off a dividend of $0.15 per share as he has "Insinuated" in his PR, the dividend per OODH share might very wll be higher than our current stock price, Lol, which would basically mean we would be giving away free shares and paying a higher dividend than Boeing or Buffett !!! (Now do you see why we want our shares back???)

Seriously, when Wall St institutional players figure out what we are doing for long-term appreciation.... it will be GAME ON. Especially for our shareholders who pay close attention to ALL information we release (regardless of the channel utilized).

Shareholders holding shares tight, creating low volume conditions, is really just a "Champaign problem" in the bigger light of things - it's just the result of VC shareholders REFUSING TO LET GO OF THEIR EARLY SHARES --- even at several hundred percent + % in profits!

But in all honesty... who can blame them??? For example, we just added another major asset to the shareholders portfolio yesterday, one worth more than all the Non-Affiliate shares combined at the current averaged market value of thier stock!

If I can't get shares below the lowest Non-AFF Ask....and rest asuurd 72Chevnj, I've tried!! Good luck for others who want in for below the Ask price!

IMO it's best to consider the whole picture of what's going on... not just daily flucuations in our pps.

Thank you for being a valued shareholder. Our goal is to have fun and make money for our shareholders... it's really that simple! Your day (and all other shareholders day) is coming real soon with OODH - I can almost see the horizon right now!
