PERCHY i am long on icpa .. but just don't get it

PERCHY i am long on icpa .. but just don't get it how these price action working on past few weeks .. if we have all the good news pile up why the price does not pick up ?? mm sale shares because some one sale through them right ?? so who are they has so many shares with good news but still keep sale ?? with pink stock i don;t think they have many short shares to sale..  thank u if u can answer..
