I worked doing R&D work in motorsports, and did a lot of electronic work, computer work and sensor design.  But, like you, I have become very burned out by the current lack of innovation that the motorsports community is allowing anymore.  Everyone is doing the same thing, so how are you suppose to have an edge.

And when I would suggest stuff, higher ups just shot me down, just to have them call me up 2 months later and say they needed the sensor I was talking about for the next test next week.

NO CAN DO Richard Cranium!!  3 to 6 week lead times, do not get things into the shop any faster.

I really do not miss it anymore and have been having a lot of fun trading for the past 2 years!!  Don't miss the ratt race at all!!
