Good Morning Big Tuna, and to all MPIX'ers on this
Post# of 5570
Good Morning Big Tuna, and to all MPIX'ers on this board! I've been pondering this reduction of 400 million shares by management. Consider this, and for any business minded folks please post your comments! Back in January on the 8th, I called the T/A and was given a Restricted share count of over 905 million. This was in direct correlation to the outsatnding share count being over one billion four hundred thousand at that time. As I saw it then, the wiggle room of the float on the 8th was around 134 million. We've seen quite a few changes over the last six months with CEO's, and I'm of the opinion that the New Management Team could not be better. What I'm pondering is the share count. There has been an addition of about 250 million shares to the A/D line in just under 20 weeks. It stands at around 650 million now! Investors are eating up the O/S like candy, and MPIX is one red hot potatoe! Tell me your thoughts if you would please, as to what management might do with the share structure. I do recall an initial deal with EMXC/MPIX for 400 million shares. Does that 400 million come into play with the 400 million conversion as of late? Going forward with the events planned for MPIX will only cause the O/S do dwindle tremendously. I have to believe that we the shareholders are creating a problem for management by gobbling up the shares so quick. I also believe that the new management team will require shares allocated to them. I don't see this problem ending anytime soon. What happens when there are very few shares left to own? Who has business minded thoughts on this matter? I think we will be getting news soon, because that is their way! Taking out the old high will be a walk in the park. I rode the last one up to over eight cents, but this time is much different. The last run up only had about 10 million shares on the A/D line, but the share structure was much lower. It's obvious that we have pretty much a similar situation even with a higher A/S, O/S & R/S. The future looks fantasically bright for us. Trade as you may, but when MPIX jumps in price by pennies at a clip with few shares left to own, the volitility will be high as well as the bid/ask! The opportunities for management to take the share price for MPIX to over a dollar is a real factor here in my opinion! Have a great day, and every day is one day closer to the Messi event in July!
