NeoHydro Technologies Corp. Announces Letter of Intent to Acquire Couponz, Inc., Developer of Epoxy Mobile Application

LAS VEGAS, May 28, 2013 /PRNewswire via COMTEX/ -- NeoHydro Technologies Corp. (OTC: NHYT) or (NeoHydro), a development stage company, today announced it has entered into a letter of intent to acquire Couponz, Inc., best known as the creator of the Epoxy mobile application . Epoxy is an innovative smart phone application created to conveniently connect business owners and consumers in order to ease marketing frustrations.
Under the terms of the agreement, NeoHydro agrees to pay up to a $100,000 in cash and restricted preferred shares in exchange for the acquisition of the entire business and operations of Couponz, Inc.
