timing seems odd considering CWRN's complaint against Geo et al in Ca,
where Geo hasnt even appeared to defend,an entry of default was entered in CWRN's favor Dec 1 2012,
and there is a hearing June 7 at which court could grant CWRN everything it was asking for in complaint -ca off the hand 7.5 million for regular damages and scores of millions of punitive damages-
collecting is another thing-but having such a judgment in hand-which the texas ct is required to enforce under full faith and credit clause of the constitution would more than protect CWRN from everything Geo is asking for in the texas case and probably also in Mexico under reciprocity
we could never find any case in mexico so thats news
Bob probably had an unsavory choice of alternatives. I agree w that
