Bob made a plea deal-by doing so sentencing is reduced 2 levels- there are 43 levels on federal sentencing guidelines-with 1 being the lowest
dont know what the sentencing level will be-that will be determined later- except that as per the agreement it is expected to be from level 1-16
the 1st few levels carry a recommended sentence of 0-6 months for those without prior history
level 16 is 21-27 months for somebody without a prior criminal history-by virtue of the plea prosecution is required to recommend the low end of the range for whatever sentencing level is determined at sentencing.
should make the raiders nervous -they are doing far worse every day in actually executing an intent to defraud longs
