Does it need to be insiders doing the heavy liftin

Does it need to be insiders doing the heavy lifting or Schlesinger doing his job and attracting some heavy buyers? Maybe that is one of the Xfactors we've been hearing about?  What about Warren, Tanjung and company?  These wealthy guys must know what it takes to break this cycle and yet they either don't have the capacity to step up or they don't want the risk right now knowing what they know versus what we know.  Follow the money!
