Picked up .0145's and .0148's over the last couple weeks.  I'm in chase mode again.  I'm convinced that MM's won't leave this alone until TECO management gets off their arses and does something about their reputation and the phanthom shares.  I'm not talking about Bull's hard work or W. Texas either.  I'm talking Treaty Energy as a whole.  Late filings, BK news, rumors of oil, continuous Belize delays and bashers abound, etc won't cure what ills and that is some serious manipulation over years.  IMO TECO could pump 100's of barrels of oil all day long but the PPS will never realize it's true value with the ongoing NSS dilution and typical daily shorting.  Treaty needs to convince the big boy shorters of the past and the present that they are here to stay and will be successful regardless of any ongoing attacks.  These brokers and hedgefunds who have outstanding phanthom shares  won't give a chit if there is oil or not if it means the need to cover naked short selling.  Who am I to say but IMO I think many are real naive to the severity of this situation.

Bull what's your take on the manipulation?  What is the plan for curing the manipulation? Is it simply "a wait and see what the oil production will do to scare the manipulators"?  Is it convincing big money that 100+ BPD is worth  throwing $100k in shares from a few heavy hitters?  Is it a lawsuit against some hedgefunds?  Is it a  simple solution like a change in the CUSPIP although I was involved in one NSS'd stock where that didn't work.  This lack of market value is getting real old.  I think the market is going to be very slow to react if something above and beyond an ordinary PR isn't accomplished.
