8K Spy is now free with DDAmanda for a limited time. 8K Spy scans 8K filings in real time and searches for phrases like reverse merger, forward split, change in control, FDA approval, etc etc and then sends an EMail/SMS alert. This is some powerful stuff and nobody else is doing this.......z
