Ekaterina G. Medynskaya, PhD – CFO
Ms. Medynskaya has worked at Technoshock since March 2001. She started her career at the company as an economist and was promoted to the position of Chief Finance Office (CFO) in 2004. She was involved with forming the CFO function and currently acts as the head of the Financial Department . Ms. Medynskaya’s core area of responsibility is strategic financial management. She holds a PhD in Economics from the St. Petersburg Engineering and Economic Institute and a Diploma in Internatioanl Financial Reporting.
Viktor I. Lukonin – HR Director
Mr. Lukonin has been with Technoshock since 2001 and HR Director . He has 34 years of managerial experience, and he is responsible for the group’s overall personnel management, overseeing the Legal, Human Resources, Security and Administrative Departments. Mr. Lukonin has been particularly successful in recruiting key mid-level. Mr. Lukonin is a graduate of the Higher School of the KGB.
Sergey N. Demichev – General Director
Mr. Demichev is the General Director of the Company since 2006. He began working in Technoshock in 2001 as a salesman, moved up to store manager, and then director, giving him broad insight into the company’s retail operations. He became General Director of Technoshok in 2006. Mr. Demichev studied in the St. Petersburg National Research University of Information Technologies, Mechanics and Optics.
Maxim Y. Aristov – Commercial Department Director
Mr. Aristov has worked with Technoshock since 1999 and in 2007 was appointed as the Company’s Commercial Department Director. He implemented and developed modern analysis techniques that allowed the Company to increase stock turnover and significantly improve Technoshock’s financial results. Mr. Aristov was also among the leaders of implementing a product matrix approach into Technoshock’s core operations He holds a degree from the Leningrad Technological Institute.
Ekaterina Y. Dyadyura – Chief Accountant
Ms. Dyadyura started her career at Technoshock in 2005 as assistant to the Chief Accountant. In 2007 she was promoted to the position of Chief Accountant of the CJSC “Kompaniya Simtex”. Ms. Dyadyura graduated from the St. Petersburg State University of Economy and Finance and Herzen State Pedagogical University in 2003. She received anACCA Diploma in International Financial Reporting in 2005. She is currently pursuing advanced studies in tax consultancy
Tatyana L. Vasilenko – Chief Accountant
Ms. Vasilenko is a Chief Accountant of Technoshok. In 2006 she joined the Company as Assistant to the Chief Accountant and became a Chief Accountant in 2007. She graduated from the Economics Faculty of the St. Petersburg State University.
Edys P. Bernotas
Mr. Bernotas began working at the company in 2006 as a store manager. In 2007 he was promoted to the position of store Director. Since 2010, Mr. Bernotas was named Assistant of the Director . He is a graduate of from State Marine Technical University of St. Petersburg.
Aleksandr V. Grishko – Chief of the Legal Department
Mr. Grishko has been working at Technoshock since 2009. In 2010 he became Chief of the Legal Department. He completed the Law Faculty of the Omsk State University in 2007. Mr. Grishko has a wide range of experience in legal affairs, and is currently completeing his dissertation at St. Petersburg State University.
Oleg Mateuk - CTO
Mr. Mateuk is the Founder and President of Bnet, Inc., a technology solution provider specializing in installation of complicated network solutions, as well as design, implementation and maintenance of computer based networks.
For the past several years, Mr. Mateuk has servee as an advisor on security and biometric issues in all major securities shows and conferences including ASIS, ISC East and West, and the Biometric consortium. Mr. Mateuk implemented several security projects including the United Nations OSCE mission in Kosovo, and security video surveillance projects in New York, California, and Texas. Mr. Mateuk has advanced certifications for intelligent video integrated IP based systems. Oleg has his PhD from the Ukrainian Academy of Science.
