"Where will the Roche's and the Mercs and the Glaxo's of the world be when these Biotechs annihilate existing technology? The above companies are , most assuredly,"Once in a lifetime"companies.

When these diseases are conquered by these companies (which is happening as we speak),what is left of "Big Pharma"?"

Some big pharma will be thriving.  Look at SNY.  Not only is it buying hot, biopharmas like Genzyme, but it is acting as a Joint Venture partner with a lot of young small pharma companies.  SNY is a perfect example of how a big pharma company is morphing with the times and not dependent on just one tactic.  A company like CTIX, if the products work, will be bought out plain and simple.
