46.8223 is North of Columbia river indicating destination N of Portland but 141.8 longitude is 1246 miles west of coast-maybe some drunk idiot was typing in the wrong coordinates-makes no sense-even if had been to portland supposedly 4d 16 hr ago would not be at the 46.8 and 141.8 loci at any point after leaving if going to Ningbo
