vessel tracker is best site for actually listing ships-but only ships approaching,moored or sailed-and they only show  a partial list of such and dont have a list for the 45 ships already at berth in Portland Oregon-and wont show Ilia location without a bribe price  -and havent showed Ilia at portland seattle etc but then they didnt show Ilia at Ensenada for 5 days either
