Kelt,
I'm out in Washington - small farm town near Seattle. I come out to Cumberland a few times a year. Next trip will be late August / early September for a long visit, then again in November when next grandkid is due.
If CTIX does well, I'll retire and come out lots more often.
At any rate, that pub in Portland sounds good.
