06/05/12 form 144 filed for sale of 5,100,000 shares
You previously stated those shares got sold to pay for atty fees for the purchase of PNCH. Everyone that has been around long enough knows this. I'm not bashing, but like I said you can't sit there and say you have not sold your shares in years...You have. By the way how did you come up with those figures for shares?
