trajectory leaving Ensenada seemed on course w Nin

trajectory leaving Ensenada seemed on course w Ningbo China at 28-30* N Latitiude- but then obviously changed and 1 day 21 hours ago was opposite LA at 34* N- and below was 39* N 9 hours ago-and though there are many ILIAS this is "our" Ilia
so why traveling along USA coast if destination is Ningbo China as confirmed again below-
unless intermediate destination is to deliver some of CWRN's fertilizer to perhaps Portland Oregon at ca 45.5* N (if CWRN loaded some fertilizer)
or some other cargo already on board when arrived at Ensenda, but shallow draft on entering Ensenada would seem to imply the ship was pretty much empty til loaded ore at Ensenada, at which time draft increased from 7.2 meters to 13.7 meters.(ignore the long beach info below -this site has long beach on the brain)
Portland Oregon was said a long time ago,as posted then, to be the destination for CWRN's fertilizer, as its the nearest port to OMRI's Eugene HQ-the largest west coast organic fertilizer distributor
bingo said several times, as posted -see e.g bingos 9-8-12 post- that fert was worth more than the regular iron product
Any other suggestions?
