Feel free to correct me but aren't those shares at 50% of current market value? So that is, currently anyway, roughly 20 million shares per q. I might be wrong but if I remember correctly your shares convert at half the market value.

That's from your Q.... When did the stock ever trade at .0002? $144 grand converting to 752 million shares is too much.
