I'm with you Phil on that gut feeling. If you recall the massive smear campaign that was launched against BCAP and Matt when he was putting out PR's you can understand why he would be reluctant to say anything until everything is ready to go. There is a lot of people out there who don't want BCAP to succeed. I could be wrong and this all could be a scam but I don't think so.
