I have spoken to Mr Tieschler, he said he has NEVER spoken to any investor after he left MDHI and that anyone posting otherwise is misleading investors.
I called the SEC and was told there is NO investigation and there have never been any reports or investigation on MDHI, in fact they said that MDHI has a AA credit rating with the BBB.
I called Mr Adams, he laughed at the notion of him on message boards, as for Mr Noel, he said he has no idea as he has NOTHING to do with the MDHI.
Mr Adams did state the Monthly Recurring Revenue is a run away train, and has exceeded all expectations. Also that audited financials are coming and will show that MDHI is profitable and rapidly growing every day.
He asked that investors please call with questions, and to not rely on message boards.
His last words, " Costco & Coventry were game changers, and that the relationship has paved the way for Medipendant to be a leader in the PERS market .
