Until A/S is maxed, I wouldn't count on a R/S, not to mention there is no proof of a R/S, and it seems to me that One-Eyed-Jack is just spouting that as the ultimate deterrent for share holders to sell. No PR, nor plan states that a R/S is going to happen. This is purely speculative and has as much merrit as me saying "EACH PPS AT CURRENT SHARE STRUCTURE IS GOING TO 5 DOLLARS PER SHARE OVER 1 YEAR!"
Will it happen? Probably not $5, REALLY doubt that.

But its on the opposite side of the spectrum from Jack, and this company is too new for a R/S...
a R/S would frighten away probably all investors in the future at this point.. kill the company, stock, etc.
There is one little area of concern for me.... The 20 million agreement with southridge.... I've been looking at it.... seems a little odd to me... Could someone clarify the ramifications?
