in the Marijuana Field, the Owners can do anything
and use the company also as its own Piggy- Bank
with also some Bank- Accounts in Cayman Islands
or Hong Kong, Etc. and the Investors have nothing
to control or to do any DD evaluations, because as
for example by MJNA get only repeated brainwashing
weekly PRs and only when the CEO left and/or the
CFO convicted in trouble and the Owner also under
Federal and SEC Investigations because of his past
and present, then principally too late all Investors
Alarm- Bells ring and . . . . . when the money lost !!
