Isgro continued to diversify within the music industry by forming Mecca Records & Management, a company that specialized in counseling artists with their contractual negotiations and career decisions. Today Isgro specializes in Urban & Rhythmic Radio promotion, promoting some of today's biggest Crossover Stars through his Phoenix 51 company.
