I heard the same DTL.  My guess is that number is a good bit higher now.  There were too many days in the past 6 months that went down for no good reason.  The other thing that bothers me is when someone buys at the ask, how many times is that immediately met with a sell just seconds later.

A couple of things that fall into the tinfoil hat category.

A transaction at the ask, and seconds later a transaction at the bid or lower.  Then nothing for long periods of time.

End of day paint jobs to the negative, like yesterday.

Setting the ask just slightly below a recent buy at the ask.  ie .015 then .01499 then .0149 within minutes.

The habit of driving the price down before lunchtime.

All of this points to manipulation, and yes I do have my tinfoil hat on.

Production will cure these ills.  Could be an epic run if we get some good news on a couple fronts.
