Has anybody heard how the catering planning is going for Baltia??

I was impressed when I was shown last year their plans for high quality service, even in coach class.    The idea of having flight attendants cut up fresh fruit and cheese regularly throughout the flight, and keeping a flow of this kind of attention and service for ALL passengers, is outstanding.        I believe that this kind of service will be very popular.
