I think everyone needs to calm down and wait and see.  You know, My former boss and President of our company got railroaded in a big way one time.  We all knew he was innocent, but he settled to keep other things from happening to the company..  Just give it some time.  That's all we can do.  Jumping to conclusions is not going to help any of us at all.
