Did anyone see this yet about the new VU president that Steve put on the team? I have a lawsuit against the new pres. of VUICPAPUNCH. The partner put in 1 million dollars and Ms. Dickey and Assoc. was to put in 2.5 million before any money could be spent. All of these funds were to make 2 films in Hawaii. Seems like the $2.5mil didn't make it to the account. Seems Ms. Dickey broke the agreement by robbing the account of $250,000. As expected,the firm who paid was a little pissed off that they were scammed out of the $250,000. The judge agreed with the plaintiff and Ms.
Dickey had to pay up with interest and some extras. She didn't even show up for the trial. Default judgement.
