$WBSI. Must read. Look there are to many deaths (not only teens) related to texting emailing and Internet usage while driving. The it can wait campaign is great to create awareness but it's not going to work. Something mandatory needs to happen. All phones one day will have the websafety app. In the mean time it could be implemented by insurance carriers to reduce premiums or the feature can be implemented when you buy the phone insurance with the app included. Currently the app is being used by all 4 major US phone carries and in canada as well for a monthly fee. I believe this will be huge.
