Pete - Cohort continuation is affirmation of lack

Pete - Cohort continuation is affirmation of lack of toxicity - so it is something we want to see. But the only information we can derive from that continuation is that dlt has not been reached and mtd has not yet been calculated.  The trial needs to establish safe and tolerable human dose for all future research on this drug. Everything else means little.
