Why not read through Steve's posts?
What's the big deal; easy enough to find the answers. More questions? Read the Q. Keep searching or fire away. Steve was very forthcoming last night.
Basically when the deal with Punch was rescinded, Punch kept the rev's AND the liabilities.
Net income for the quarter from discontinued operations: $1,583,392
600,000,000 shares to be retired from the O/S.
It's a new day with new management.
Re: JC / He took nothing from us. We only gave him and Punch stock. We never took a single dime of our money and placed it in Punch or gave any money to JC. So, your post is wrong. I never took a dime from us. He especially did not take 1.6 million from us. Now here is where it gets interesting. When we paid him we paid 6.8 million in stock for the assets and for him to become President. If the shares at current value that we retire do not add up to 6.8 million, he owes us the balance. Think hard about what that can mean.
