Hmmm, maybe...maybe not. There is really no way for us to know if there are participants loading up shares or how many real unique buyers and sellers exist in the market (daily trading). Perhaps some, most, or all of the volume on any given day is just a ruse by market manipulators drumming up phony shuffle trades back and forth with each other at various prices to test various support and resistance levels in the stock over time. For most stocks on the market, this is the usual scenario. One thing we can look at though is the level of average volume during the periods of gains and declines. Looking at the long term chart it seems apparent that when there is increased volume, the PPS moves higher (sometimes spikes) and when the PPS moves lower the volume is low and becomes anemic. Even 5M shares trading on any given day at around par value ($0.001) is a meager and silly $5,000 yet the PPS is fluctuating +/-10% or more; it's comical. In my opinion, anyone even wasting time looking at the spot PPS or especially drawing conclusions from it is way off base as regards allowing such price "action" to sway their sentiment about the stock/company. I have made these points many times before and I think they still hold weight in the general market and I think many traders and investors forget it sometimes and allow themselves to become emotional in the chop chop chop that the manipulators use to test the will of existing holders as well as those actively trading the stock.
The O/S is about 2B shares. So IMO only a daily move consisting of about 10% or 200M actively trading would even come close to ascertaining the real and true value the market places upon the shares in the float. Also remember that the free float is much less, about a half of a billion shares and the rest are allegedly held by about 58 holders of record of whom I imagine are not actively buying/selling and probably aren't changing their positions anytime soon. If I had to guess, I would say that there are likely a few (two or three) MMs playing this stock between each other and each likely has about 150M shares (or at least a 150M share CAPACITY stemming from their margin accounts via purchasing power) to be used for both the buy and sell side which also means active shorting and covering as well as the usual buying and selling. This means the market players likely own most of the free float so most of the "action" we see on a daily basis for weeks and months are just them playing with the stock among themselves based on what their own perceptions are of the RFMK story at any given time. It really means nothing at all. The key for real movement in the stock is based upon actualized and realized corporate developments which only the CEO can make happen; 10K, uplisting, product launch, revenues, etc. IMO until or if ever those things actually do happen then and only then will this stock possibly get out of the vice grip of those obviously pumping and dumping every so odd month and creating a toxic environment for anyone long the stock (ie.. "cellar-boxing"). It's standard pinky scum swamp tactics and the CEO's continuing failures to deliver real shareholder value over time not only allows it to happen but helps it occur because the shorty bashers then have the company story wrapped up tight inside their typical theories that it's all just a scam for insider enrichment when the reality is that RFMK is like most other development stage companies, struggling to survive and struggling to get funding in order to grow the business to a point whereby it can finally stand on it's own and reach profitability, all the while dilution is necessary and there are delays and failures made in ramping up the business and on getting certain corporate accomplishments completed. Though at the same time, it does not help the story of legitimacy when we see that the company can only supposedly sell a few units for $7k all the while one of the insiders is getting half a million dollars for compensation, meanwhile, constant promises are made for years speaking of imminent great things coming like audit, 10K, uplisting, board members, etc, and nothing ever happens, just more promises and delays. The real story here is that foreign chump manipulators and bashers use these poor pathetic company stories as pawns in their disgusting MM enrichment P/D scams, stealing money from not only shareholders only looking to help capitalize the American dream and possibly great new products into the market, but also stealing money from companies which could otherwise maybe have a better chance to grow and create jobs in a struggling economy if they were able to get a fair shake without having to fund via dilution while their stocks get "cellar-boxed" and manipulated with crony bot algorithms and instigating DTC locks and chills because of all their crony tactics.
