I then asked who needs to review it?

Draft is reviewed by my boss , Jill King (Environmental Manager), then Jason Andreotta (Program Administrator), then Jill Creech (District Director). Once issued as a permit, then state lands easement documents are sent to Tallahassee, Division of State Lands.

So the draft has to be reviewed three times by three different persons.
If no mistakes are found, or comments added then the permit can be granted somewhere next week, probably near the end. That is one hurdle out of the way, but then the Easement documents have to be send to Tallahassee on the same day the permit is granted, that adds another 30 days to the timeline... "not sooner". So lets say May 30 is the day the permit is granted, SFRX won't be allowed to dig until the end of June... And by then USACE should have issued their approval as well... USACE could come as soon as tomorrow but without the Easement documents SFRX can't do much. It is what it is...
