Steve, I think everyone is wanting to know more about VU TV. Is there anything else you can tell us right now? For instance are we teaming up with another publicly traded company or is it private? Are they a company right now at all or is it several people coming together to make a new company? Also if I may... It's clear that many people may be going after Joseph to file law suits and etc... Since Punch was part of us at that time, will we also be having to deal with the litigations of what took place or will that too go away since Punch was given back to Collins?
