Earlier we had been doing the math on conversions from mg/kg in mice to the equivalent dose in humans after the ASCO abstract release mentioned the beginning dose for humans in the Phase I was 10mg/m/m. The result of it all was that 100mg/kg in mice is roughly equal to 300mg/m/m in humans, so we're all excited to find out how quickly the Phase I trial will be escalating up to doses nearing where preclinical testing started showing efficacy... This is all assuming human testing mimics the mice xenograph (a big assumption), and with all the Cellceutix team enthusiasm I would like to think signs have shown up well before 300mg/m/m.
